Sher60 I have to say I find that last post most disturbing. I have NEVER met a teacher who IMO would consider such a thing so can only assume you are refering to US teaching.

UPDATE ON LIDL £5 OFF £30 SHOP VOUCHERS (sorry not shouting)
Have just rung customer services again and they now say they are taking them. So don't throw them away.

Sorry to disappoint but the only thing that comes up when I swipe the clubcard is a little picture of a clubcard

Voucher valid from Saturday June 20 to Sunday June 28 2009 inclusive.
I'm still going to go to the customer service desk to make sure my local will take them before I do my shop. But now CS have said yes I can quote them and get store to ring and confirm it with them.

Hi everyone, just to let you know I have just used my £5 LIDL/Daily Express voucher at Mr T's with no probs. Also used Farmfoods £2.50 and £5 ones last week.

Totally off topic - Does anyone know where I can get some 100 watt bulbs from (the normal ones not the energy savers)? I can't seem to find them anywhere and I wanted to get a stock in before they change over completely to energy savers in September. Thank you.

Seriously though - I then can't understand how the SA's tell me that the name on the coupon must bear the same name as my clubcard and then look at the screen as if they can check, they obviously want us/me to think that they can - nuaghty old trouts:mad:
