Good morning, just tried warbys on the off chance it was working for me today. It wasn't.

Wonder if I can send a bill to couponet for my wasted time and the damage to my computer.

Hi Guys
To those with couponnet problems, sorry for you all. At the office I can print warbie MOCs to my hearts content, but at home this morning I had couponnet problem, which is now solved so I hope my account of it is of help.
I went to couponnet to see if energiser or cathedral were back on for me as some had reported it was back on for them. Sure enough energizer and canderel were back on for me so I selected them. Got message "looks like you've not used couponnet before" (oh-oh) and so I followed the instructions to load it, click run etc etc. All seemed fine, got the sending coupons to printer message and nothing happened. Computer said "has coupon printed OK" I said no, same thing happened - screen looked like it was printing but my printer sleeps on (like hubbie and 2 kids upstairs, but who would blame them - its 7.20 am!)
Then I had the thought that canderal and energizer coupons shouldn't really be available to me as I've had them; so I clicked on the useless (to me) Kit Kat one and it printed no problem.

So, for those whose printer doesn't work on couponet try printing one that you know you genuinely haven't had before. It's worth a try.

Another thought - if you can't get warbies going, at the end of the day you are only missing out on 30p a shot. Not worth getting stressed out about, or potentially messing up your computer when you don't know what you're doing.
Each finish rinseaid you buy at £2.50 gives you a £3 MOC. Do the maths. It's a winner.
I'm jealous of pink and gil having each other as coupon shopping pals. Anyone in Nottm want to be mine?:cheesy:

I have bought a 'black tesco refill ink kit' and followed the instructions only to now find anything i print in black prints out in purple?? i have tried taking out and re putting in the cartridge, but it doesn't work??
any tips would be greatly appreciated..

I tried to do that too, still doesn't work. The only left we can think of is to re-install windows. If that fails, goodness knows what we can do.




Off to Mr T's shortly for my daily fix. That should cheer me up anyway.

sorry. can't help.but hope you get it sorted soon. maybe if all else fails, take it back and get another one.

I have finally decided to try the Warburtons site and have been able to print quite a few this morning but all in colour. I am useless with computers so would anyone know how I could print in black in white please?

When I print a standard document I usually get a print information box and chose properties and click black and white. However when printing coupons it just automatically prints in colour without giving me any options!!!

Thank you for any advice

have you cleaned the print heads recently , that may help
