Have you recently updated to IE8? I had the same problem that you have, so I uninstalled IE8 and installed IE7 from my XP CD that came with my PC and, Voila ! PROBLEM SOLVED!! ;):D

ok im back printing on couponnet i uninstalled couponprinter , then downloaded it again from the link here - http://www.couponstar.com/download_coupon_printer_bricks.php
but i saved it to the desktop like it says and then installed it ( not the usuall run install , and it has worked , it even let me print off - energizer/sweet chilli/nicorette again :rotfl:
hopefully that is it now , will pop over to warburtons and see what the fuss is about
