Sounds like it yes, ie did your pc shut down & then re start all over again, if so someone more techy needs to help.

Had my best shop very yesterday, the young SA was properly clued up and took one of each couon, I've never had a SA like that :j

I click on coupon net on the first page and it tells me to download the program, I go through the process and then i get;

sorry, to upgrade your coupon printer you must first close your internet explorer browser window.

But if I close my window I am no longer on the internet, so how can it install?


Edit; yes it shut down and started over again.

same problem i am having now :mad: , this is getting worse by the day lol , i am not going to do a system restore like others have done , we shouldnt need to do that , it is impossible for all of us to be having computer problems at the same time .
this is couponnets problem and they need to fix it ASAP

I also popped into my parents house this morning after school run, i had the same problem there aswell, i was only using there pc 4 days ago to print some coupons , and now that wont print either
