That is awful - you are being made to feel like a criminal when really they are the criminals. Oh, I hate that! I feel like this in my local t's with one of the supervisors (the one who trouted me few weeks ago). I try never to go in on his shift. last week I went in n he was there, but (Thank God) when i got to the check outs his shift finished and I had a pleasant supervisor (using sun moc's requires sprvsrs to come put them through).

Anyway, maybe you should ask to see manager n if he/she is difficult get them to ring head office. I know i would! Hopefully they H.O will confirm the correct policy and put that nasty s.v in her place!

Be careful, they look after their own, I complained and got a ban.

Twice I have bought a games console at a normal till (take the empty box to the till), and used about £20 in mocs to get the price lower.

Then both times I claimed the money back under the lovely old R&R policy, free consoles. Those were the days when being overcharged really paid.:D

But apart from that, yes, I pay with coupons for DVDs, toys, clothing, electricals, anything except lottery or phone top-ups - but usually going to a normal till to avoid hassle at the clothing or electrical desk. The specialised desk staff don't even seem to know about Sainsburys spend & save vouchers, let alone a pile of food mocs!
