    Great morning at Mr T's

My wonderful son decided he wanted a dvd player instead of a compute game. It was only £29. so got a few bits of shopping to go over the £30 so I could use the Sun coupon, and gave my favourite male SA 49 coupons.

Was really worried as the old trout supervisor kept going past, she spoke to me yesterday and was sarcastic to me about coming in every day (I don't actually, its just 3 times a week). She interfered last week when I did a shop she rejected most of my coupons.

Luckily today my favourite SA dithered a bit and when she spoke to him he just said that I hadn't paid yet, so she had to move on to deal with someone else.

The coupons included 18 different ones from Mr Warburtons x 30p and lots of others. This is my biggest coupon use ever in quantity if not actual amount saved.

The 49 coupons came to £28 so the dvd player only really cost me just over £1.

I then popped into another Tesco on the way home and used some more coupons and saved a further £17 out of a £23 shop

Could do with a few more days like this.

Picked up my 2 free packs of Heinz Snap pots this lunchtime at Morrisons - you should have seen the SA's face when I didn't have to pay anything.:eek::eek:

and your face when you realise you could have "bought" something you actually wanted with those coupons;):rotfl:

when i was in t;s yesterday, I was told by lovely csa that when i get to check out to tell the cashier NOT to total the till and to put the £5 sun coupon through first (as last week it would not go through n they came out wid all sorts of excuses - dont accept anymore as it messes up the tills etc). I did exactly as she said and voila, it went through. If they press TOTAL button it wont be accepted so whoever is using this coupon pls remember this tip!!!

I know it's not a coupon but while I was looking for MOC's I found this on Jordan's website - "..from mid June to the beginning of July you can try them for less as Tesco will be offering Jordans Mueslis for half price". Might be good to stock up if you like them - using MOC's of course :D
I don't know what calendar Jordan's are using but it starts on 24 June :rotfl:

I saw this too. I was in nettos last week and saw the exact jordan ceral in there for 1.29 compared to t's £2 a box.AAAAAhhhhhhh.

I suppose we do have the advantage in t's b'coz we pay in mocs, but £2 - that is steep!!! so will wait until 24th june to pick this one up - hopefully for a quid!

shame nettos dont take coupons as i live just around the corner from 1
