Hi everyone, as you can see I am still new to all this MOCs, but lovin it.

But went today to a Mr T's that I had never been to before, and because of past bad experience I ask at CS what their policy is on taking coupons because I know its at Managers descretion on how many they take.

CS calls for Deputy Manager and he states that Tescos only take the coupon if I buy the item. I say I beleive thats not what your store policy is and I have a letter from your customer service center stating the policy.

He then became very rude and load, say they dont know what they are on about and they are wrong and he would ring them himself to get it corrected, as I had my mum with me and she was getting upset I decide to leave without buying what I wanted.

Do you think I should contact the customer service centre and complain or leave it and make it down to experience and never go into that store again.

Sorry for long post but would like some advice.

    Thanks in advance :D

:TJust wanted to say well done to all who went to the GSF this week - Unfortunately I was unaware of its potential until too late and could not fit a trip in otherwise I would have given it a go.

I know people were giving tips about taking a small suitcase on wheels to carry all the goodies in but doesn't the show get very crowded and the suitcase become more of a liability? Just wondering for future reference??
I was wondering the same thing...and then realised that one decent sized case on wheels would probably be easier than 3 smaller cases without wheels:D:rolleyes:
It's nice to be nice .....
You HAVE checked google before asking, haven't you?;)
If you use the "search this thread" button at the top of the page, you may find it's been answered already!;)

yes it is busy and there are cases on wheels and boxes on wheels, but it all adds to the atmosphere and the fun dodging them, I will deff be going to the next one, :T:T

Hi dcds 47. First of all leave your mother behind next time, if she is going to get upset.
It is worthwhile standing your ground...it may take a while in the first place, but the long-term dividends are great.

Try and read some of coupon-mad's posts on this....find one of her posts...the first page is a good place to start;), and then after getting comfortable with the FAQs, click on CMs name and look up other posts by her.....they will consistantly advise NOT to ask what their policy is....but to ask if they follow the national policy.....
Some stores won't because of a deliberate decision by the manager following abuse, but many just don't know it and need to be educated.

Good luck ...and report back how you get on:beer:

hi, I just wouldnt go there again,we really dont want to inundate them with this, plus if you do decide to go to the store again it will prob be all changed, some times it all depends on the duty manager,:eek:
