Probably should post elsewhere as nothing to do with mocs, but your my pals
Want advice please. Is the address we use for Tesco CS to get the copy of the coupon policy the same one to use to complain about one of their products? Genuine complaint, not to try and get mocs or owt (won't refuse if offered obviously:rotfl:).
:beer:It's nice to be nice .....
You HAVE checked google before asking, haven't you?;)

No, no problems when I bought my 20 copies of the Mail on Sunday! :rotfl:
First of all I just bought 6 copies and used one of the non-food £5 mocs straight away against the papers and some toys. Then went to another store and bought £30 of food, to use up the last Morrisons fiver from this week. But as my total hadn't got low enough I handed over some spare mocs which included another Mail on Sunday fiver, I only included it as an afterthought and was glad I had torn some out from my pile of papers, when I parked the car.
I didn't think it would scan against food - I was just testing it - but it did!:D
So whilst still at the till, I used some more mocs from my spares/rares wallet to buy another 14 copies of the Mail on Sunday. I just sent DS2 to go & grab a trolleyload of papers whilst I paid for the first transaction. The SA was fine about it and anyhoo, I was using different mocs from the first lot. Made it up to £25 with some sweets and used ANOTHER Mail fiver.
That leaves me with enough fivers and a couple for my Mum to use in the week as well.
I expect they will put the glitch right soon...?
:money:PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Both these bleeped insufficient spend today, so went to customer services, the look on her face at my receipt ( paid £10 on £36 shop rest with mocs) anyway was given my £2 refund no problems after showing her the products and her rescanning them and reading the small print and looking at my payment method. I thought that I was chancing it but my lovely young male SA told me to go to CS so I did. Upsy x0
