    the missing entry form wasn't for 'Take A Break Word Searches Issue 3' it was 'Take A Break Wordsearches Collection 3', this has now been rectified.

    From TaB 'Hi,

    This is now sorted out, so you are now free to enter as normal. Rest assured it will make no difference to the validity of entries made before or after it temporarily expired.
