:hello: Has anyone used their BM to make Hot X Buns? If so, do you have a recipe I could use? My 2 toddlers are hot X bun fans which I put down to the fact that my craving during pregnancy both times was hot X buns
to the extent that I made OH buy packets and packets and stash them in the freezer just in case Tesco ran out :rotfl: We eat so many in our house I thought I'd have a go at making them myself.
Can anyone help?

Hello everyone.
Following on from this thread, does anyone have a recipe for a wholemeal flour version of HM Hot Cross Buns (HCB) using a bread machine - that tastes like Tesco/Sainsbos HCB?
....Something light n fluffy, yet keeps well/freezes well and is gut friendly, ie wholemeal (oooh. or even a SPELT flour recipe).
