MBNA need advice.

I have an account with MBNA which i am in arreas with, But they keep calling my mothers mobile phone number looking for me.
My mother asked them how did they have this number and they said I did.
Well first of all I only ever give the house number (NEVER ANY MOBILE NUMBERS), and my mother has only this phone for two years, I opened my account with them I think about 6years ago.
So is the right what they are doing, are they allowed to call another family member (at the same address) asking for me, And could I ask for them to show me written proof and my signature of were i gave my mother's phone number (which would be a miracle as i can't ever remember anyones number).
Sorry for so many posts and qustions hope I don't bug any one.

Have you ever called them using your mothers mobile?
This may be how they got the number.

If you register for the online account access with MBNA, you can change the telephone numbers they have for you in there - I did this a few weeks before I went bankrupt as I was in ridiculous arrears and they were phoning 10-15 times a day and all weekend too. So I changed my numbers in my online profile to 01234567890 and 07890123456 and the phone calls stopped immediately.

Don't ignore a problem. Unlike a bad smell, it won't eventually go away.
