why dont parents, pwc's and nrp,s just support their kids fairly then there would be no problems!!!

Wouldn't that be lovely? Unfortunately it isn't like that in the real world. My ex for example made it clear that he never wanted to pay towards his daughter, and got his wife to tell our daughter that he didn't want anything to do with her anymore - when she was 12. When faced with utter selfishness like this, there is no choice but to seek help elsewhere to MAKE him face up to his responsibilities.

may be, but then you dont really come up with much better!!!

NEWSFLASH ! I'm not the prime minister or cabinet leader , as such I don't have to come up with anything better, the current system is certainly better than the original offering.

For my part I put togeather a suggestion pack for the consultaton period for the redisigne team, it was 8 pages.

I have sent this to a number of people, including solicitors and MPs funny thing is they all though it was a very good plan to take the system forward. I am of the opinion that some of the idears that were in that have been acted on and changed a little to the detrement of the system!
