to remind you this is the £160k studio in question:

''Built in 2010''. (from the rightmove page)

have I sent DH a wedding anniversary card with the worng number of years of bliss in it today? I'm going to have to explain which year was not ''full of the kind of joy I never imagined was possible'' if I put 4 years when it should have been 5.

Or is this offplan and not yet built (praying for this option)

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker Mortgage-free Glee!
Yes it's off plan. The person selling it wants £13k to get rid of his problem onto somebody else. Anyone who bought it would then need to pay a further £146,250 when it's complete - which is supposed to be 2010.
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

yes it is. :) I'm incredibly lucky, I have the best marriage I know of :o to possibly the most wonderful man in the world, but it would be nicer had it been for five years not four, but then I'd be older. Its a tough one, so I'm going for contentment with the four years of bliss. (and relief I put the date right on the card)

Dont wish your life away otherwise you will end up like me and wonder where it has gone and suddenly you cant beat you 13 year old daughter in a race round the block and you start getting your 8 year old son to join you as you know you should be able to keep up.

I wouldnt pay 160k for a studio in london, let alone another UK city.
Well done to the person for trying tho, im not sure i could live with myself knowin i was selling that to some unsuspecting FTB. And how ingenious, putting it at 13.5K, then pay the remaining later. If that doesnt confuse people nothing will.

    The best bit is:

"Selling due to a wife and new child!"

Who is going to believe that?

Yeah, it's pretty funny. Most people don't read the speel at the bottom of these things, and who is going to read that and think "awww, bless him, i'll give him all the money he needs for his family!"

    No one.
