Just a small question....why do you need legal advice? (this is NOT needed for bankruptcy)

Bear in mind your taking the first SOA...once your cirsumstances change & you start working again you have to inform the OR within 21 days of all financial changes while still undischarged...

Hi phil, I thought if you had an IPA you were obliged to inform the OR through out the 36 month period.
    2019 MFW No. 74 £13700/£30000 (45.66%)
    12k in 2018 No. 98 £6274.19/£18000 (34.85%)

    BTL (start) £97440.00 (current) £68000.00
    Residential (start) £275000.00 (current) £268000.00

Umm check the wording with the letter that comes with the IPA;).

When bc was 3 years the letters said you informed the OR until discharge. Now some OR 's are still using the old template..........so who could blame you if you had that letter and never informed the OR of any changes. I am talking minor changes here not ££££'s.

    Officially yes you do iqut:D
