Has anyone heard of Amante Arts Canada

Just received a letter from Canada (Amante Arts in Quebec).
They say that my ballot has been selected for their PROMOTION. and that I could *subject to eligibility* win either 3,500 or a cruise to the Bahamas.
As it was an 0800 number, muggins here rang it and it was clearly a number in Canada and it told me the same company name and that the voicemail was full.
Has anybody hear of this organisation, I suspect that it won't be kosher and that it is a scam of some kind or that I wont be able to "become eligible". Does anyone know of this one.

watch out, I rang the 0800 number. (hope it was bona fide). He bores you to death, teases you with prizes and then talks about taxes and tries to extract £450 from you as a tax invoice for the prize he is allegedly giving you.
