You must be available to attend the first Board meeting in Solihull on Tuesday 28th July

If you are under the age of 16 your parent or guardian will need to give their consent to
you applying to become a member of the First Junior Board of Skincare Advisors (from
now on referred to as the “Board”).

�� We are looking for 12 members of the Board. 11 members will be selected through our
online application process and 1 through our Local Schools Initiative. We do not have to
offer any person who applies a place on the Board.

�� The application process has three stages as follows:
1) Online application
If you want to apply for a place on the Board you must fill in and submit the online
application form available at www.simplejuniorboard.co.uk
If you are not successful at this stage of the selection process we will email you to let
you know.

2) Telephone interview
If your online application is short listed by us we will notify you by email to arrange a
telephone interview. This call will last approximately 15 minutes and you will be asked
some questions about the answers you gave on the application form and a bit more
about you in general.

The telephone call may be recorded to ensure that we have an accurate record of what
is said on the call.
