Cd Wow non-delivery used code

I bought the new Harry potter DVD last week using the £5 mirror voucher and I also bought 24 PS2 game with a different voucher the next day. I have received the 24 game but no sign of Harry potter. Does anyone have any experience with items undelivered through Cd Wow?

i had 2 cd's that didnt turn up over christmas. i emailed them and they sent replacements without any fuss.

me and my sister have ordered loads of dvds and cds from cdwow and theyve all turned up, they despatch them seperately, if you go on the cdwow site enter your email address and order number that was sent in the confirmation email youll be able to check the status of your order. I ordered the new herbie film using the mirrors £5 voucher and it turned up so just wait a bit longer.

DVDs are sent from a Warehouse in Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong so it might take up to one week to reach the UK.

I have been emailing them since January about a dvd that was ordered as a Christmas present and never arrived - they just ignore emails sent via the site and I have tried help@ and reply@ to no avail. Does anybody have a phone number for cdwow so I can speak to a person (or alternatively an email address where they might actually respond?)

I would stick to amazon if I didn't have £5 vouchers for cdwow from Tombola - at least they (amazon) reply to your emails (within a few hours) even if it takes about half an hour to work out how to contact them on the site! CD Wow are seldom the cheapest now anyway (without the vouchers). Have used sendit, hmv and others recently as they have been cheaper and they don't ignore you when you try to contact them!
