    Um not sure spud...I would say thats if the ibuprofen didn't help its likely to be something thats popped out of place, ligament maybe pulled. Ibuprofen helps for muscular/inflammation pain

    Z I will be in pain as the 30 day shred is a cruel exercise DVD...and I have to go running in the morning so my muscles will be killing me thinks!

    I'm seeing one of the decent docs so will get it sorted. i'll just tell her she's got 2 weeks to get me sorted :D
