No difference to before to be honest.

far more comfortable to not have to make the trip to the courts to get the inevitable anyway. Never known any LO not to be served even if the NRP turns up in court. They abuse the law under section 33 of the Child Support Act anyway, just a way of saving costs for the secretary of state and keep more staff in house

I have heard of a couple. Although i must admit they are few and far between.

I have felt like giving up many a time...but part of me thinks why should he get away with it. He was happy to be part of their life to start with...until he thought the grass was greener on the other side and walked away from the family home. My eldest leaves school next year...i dare say my ex is hoping he will not after pay anything after that...my 2nd child has a couple more years to go. So i keep perservering..you never know.

Keep battling away- Take it to your MP and ICE- dont let them grind you down-

You owe it to your kids.

I feel sorry for my EX-( yes Really) He has this money deducted from his paypacket weekly to support his kids- Yet his employer is the one failing to pass it on.

Whatever you do, dont give up - whether you get the monies next week or in ten years time it will be worth it. If you give up now it will have mean that all the time, effort and emotion will have been wasted. Even if you didnt want it for yourself, it could go into a savings account for the kids, ie for university, help towards 1st cars for kids, school trips. (a nice spa day for yourself - am sure you deserve it) lol - mind you think of all the repairs to be done on your house, car etc.
