I didnt get one either even though my mum ordered after me and got hers about 3 weeks ago. I telephoned their customer services because i was so annoyed because this offer was supposed to be ''first come first served'' in which case i should definitely have got one if my mum did. Needless to say they never got back to me. That's what has annoyed me more than anything, if my mum didnt get the pashmina then i wouldnt have been too bothered, you win some you lose some. NOT impressed by their system of selection at all. We're not even at the same address.

Received my Comfort Creme 100ml sample and pash over a week ago.

Conditioner smells lovely. Noticed the freephone no. on bottle 0800 776647 so rang to say how wonderful new comfort is (Creep!!!) They sent me two more sample bottles.

I look at all lables (when time permits) for freephone numbers and either complain or compliment on product. Usually lucky in getting replacement, voucher or refund. Worth trying if you're a freebieholic!!!

Got mine - quite nice caramel colour. Was pleasantly surprised that anything appeared at all!

Don't give up - I just got mine today, a chocolate brown one which isn't really my cup of tea but my mum will love. Think this is the best freebie I've got so far, many thanks to the OP.
