Can I become self employed now I am BR?

I have been working as an employed nanny and am looking for a new role for September - one option is working for several families but it would require me to be self employed - am I able to do this now we are BR?

    yes no problem as long as you tell all your customers until you are discharge you are a bankrumpt :mad:

    I thought you only had to tell them if you were going to receive credit, and your customers will owe her money, not the other way round? I will be a childminder soon so am in the same situation, bit worried now!

    You only have to inform people IF obtaining credit over £500 while undischarged........and you only need to tell people IF they ask
