Morgage lender changed 3 times in 2 years?

We have had our mortgage for just over 2 years. It was fixed term for 2 years. We took it out with Platform (via broker), who after 18 months changed companies to RBS and then just recently they have changed companies to Topaz! Each time the 'new company' has sent us their terms and conditions which appear to be different from the ones we originally agreed to with Platform. Can they do this?

Also, Topaz were supposed to take their payment out on the 1st of each month starting June. We got a letter on the 2nd from them to say 'due to a technical error we will be taking payment on 8th June this month and revert back to original payment dates thereafter'. This just isn't good enough really is it?

Any advice would be gratefully received.
