Hi, well I spoke with Insolvency.gov again who confirmed that if you purchased BI and later property was repossessed as long as you don't sign a form by your mortgage lender then this would be included in BR so I have sent forms off today recorded to the OR, does anyone know how long the process takes once the property is sorted the will then send out for for I&E to acess for IPA does anyone one roughtly how long this takes0
