Have put in an application (received by them on Monday), had the agreement in principle on the phone last week put it took a few days for them to get the paperwork to us.
Their rates have gone up today. I'm hoping we're likely to get the rate we applied for (4.49% fixed for 5 years, new rate is 4.79%) - anyone any experience of them as a lender? They seem quite small (but I haven't gome so far as to check their accounts to see the size of their mortgage book!) and I don't know anyone who has a mortgage with them.Mortgage Free thanks to ill-health retirement0
