Best place to get payment protection

I have been a silent observer for a while, but i need a bit of advice please. I have taken out a £10,000 loan from Egg, which was apporved today. (It was taken over 36 months @ £308). I declined to take out their payment protection (having to avoid a very hard sell). I said i would like to look at the market and see what the best available payment protection is. Does anyone have any advice of the best place to get independant payment protection. I would like one which covers everything, unemployment and sickness ect.

There are many places to buy this cover but no place will show all the available policies. A quick internet search for 'loan insurance' will bring up lots of choices if you fancy doing some homework. You should pay in the region of £12-15 pm for this policy.
You could look on moneysupermarket.com but they do not have all the options. Buying from an independent broker is generally the best option. Or try a BIBA approved broker.
