Techie forum has plenty of advice on virus removal.0

Download and install a copy of MalWareBytes (http://www.malwarebytes.org/)
Boot into safe mode (http://www.computerhope.com/issues/chsafe.htm)
And Run MalWareBytes
Should help with the trojans...0 -
The phone I can't help with. The laptop I can.
As daily says, use the techie forum first. If you get too bogged down in jargon etc (you should be fine), then come back and someone from here can get you sorted fairly quickly. You should be able to get decent advice on the phone there as well.0 -
Carphone Warehouse in Castle Lane do mobile phone repairs. There's also a mobile repair shop at In-Shops.
If you still need a computer repair shop there's a couple I came across a month or so back but ended up not using them as a friend helped me out. If you want, I will post what details/prices I have but I have no idea if they are any good.0
