I have tried googling online and have come up with nothing,i know it is only a few years old and was given to me hardly used, but with no instructions, can anyone help??

Try this page, bottom left in the drop down menu. If not use the contact us link in the top right. Usually they are quite happy to forward you manuals as pdf files
