Well it just worked for me, but only gave me £1.50 off rather than the £1.98 which it states.

For £1.98p off shipping costs on eBay purchases, using PayPal, follow the instructions below.

thanks, just saved £1.98 off a much needed playpen for my little monster. I never received a email from paypal about this, so I wasnt selected to use this either.
