hey, am new to this so ime not so sure how this works but yeah, for my 18th birthday ive booked a room with a dj and i want to have a buffet to provide for around 60 people. i have hired somebody from the club to make the food and everything but they said to draw up a list of what i want, and i cant think kof anything other than boring sandwitches and saussage rolls. can you think of a good menu, any ideas will be appriciated for both sweets and mains.
