hi im new but hopefully somebody has the answer im looking for, was getting a new car and garage told us everything fine picking up tomorrow, they have now called & said Ford Credit will not give us all the money and they don't know why !! Called Ford Credit who will not tell my husband why refused due to data protection, but we know as checked last night that our credit score is 999 and described as excellent, never payed anything late either, is there anyway we can find out why refused ??
