Who to choose - Payplan or other?

Hi - I have finally had my lightbulb moment - it was scary but now I know what I need to do I just want to go ahead and do it. We (me and OH) do really need to do a debt repayment plan and I have been reading on this site (which I am now addicted to!!!) about other people's experiences.

I know that I need to avoid profit-making companies for this but who would you guys recommend to go with?

Any help would be appreciated with this.

Thank you
njc12 x :)

I don't think there's much difference between Payplan and CCCS - both are freee and both are well-regarded here. I'm with Payplan - simply because they were recommended first to me. I also found their website easier than the CCCS one - but that's probably just me.

CCCS have lower minimum payments at £5 per creditor per month. Payplan require at least £100 per month across all your creditors. So that may dictate who you go with. Both are good.

Hi - thanks again to all of you.

Fizzel81 I know just how you feel - but believe me our debt is much much higher than yours!!! I'm still too embarrassed to do a SOA on here.... :embarasse

We have got our first call with Payplan today too.

    Good Luck :)
