mothers day flowers not arrived - tesco

I tried to find a thread about this but there does not seem to be any.

Is it just my mum who did not get her flowers?

I order on 15 March for del today. somewhere along the line they changed del date to 18 march (without telling me). I checked the date on tesco.com

Anyway, I have still not received them adn when i ring tesco it says 15 min wait on the phone..........

There were a lot of similar problems with Mothers' Day deliveries last year, I seem to remember.

I ordered mam some for her birthday from there last year and they sent them to the wrong address and were very unhelpful when i contacted them about it. She very nearly didn't get them at all!!!
