Has anyone had trouble ordering from them. Placed an order last week to get a free "who wants to be a millionaire interactive dvd game", had to spend £20 so ordered 2 x 5 for £5 boots botanics lip liners (5 different shades) and also 2 rimmel london bestsellers nail polish sets (5 colours).
In my parcel are 10 maple lip liners and the nail varnish colours are nothing like the picture description, who wants 10 maple lip liners? These were stocking fillers for my daughters with the game as a bonus. I feel they stiffed me getting rid of over stock, cant find the pencils on their site now and Im still waiting for the response to my email. Any ideas what i can do to get them to honour my order i want the 5 colours and the right nail varnish not this grot.

In my local Boots store in Matlock, Derbyshire the staff were NOT doing this deal and hadn't heard of it.

Boots are issuing a £5 ladies facial skincare voucher when you spend £5 instore.

It is redeemable on brands including L'Oreal, Olay, Sanctuary, Time Delay, Dr Nick Lowe, RoC and Good Skin Labs. Certain exclusions apply - e.g the voucher cannot be used on cleanser, toner, wipes and eye-makeup remover from RoC, Olay, L'Oreal and Time Delay: or on miniatures or sachets.

not sure if to mention this in health&beauty or quickgrabbit forum - but as it'll be a small freebie -maybe this forum.

saw in currant, glamour magazine an ad for next months issue on 3rd March will have a choice of clinique -sample size freebies.
as it's their 10th bday there's 10 'to collect'.

from the top of my head the choices will be:

dramatic lotion,
7 day scrub
moisture surge
high impact mascara
superbalm lipgloss - i think grapefruit
lipstick - i think rosette
take day off remover
liquid soap - mild i think
eye cream
body butter

i am definite about the first 7 - will have to find out an be sure of last 3.

(that's a date in my diary - now wonder how many issues i Glamour have tempted me to buy!)
