Is it possible to re-enamel Pointerware pans?

Evening, all! Have managed, through much attempted making of toffee, to crack, burn and chip the enamel coating in my much-loved, 30-year old Pointerware pans. Is there any way to re-enamel these myself? If not, do you know if a bath re-enameller would do it and how much it would cost? They're by far the best pans I've ever had, and was hoping they'd do another thirty years! Thanks in advance for any advice!
