Went to Homebase yesterday and picked up a 2kw convector heater reduced from £15 to £7.49! Only bought one because our gas central heating has been playing up a lot lately, and weve spent some freezing cold weekends waiting for the gasman!
Im not sure exactley how exspensive these are to run ( could ask your electricity supplier?) but great for emergencies/back up at the least!
weve been looking around for one, and the cheapest we saw was £17 (in Asda I think?) but decided at this price we cant ignore getting one! lol
They also had a 2kw with 24 hour timer for £9.99
and a 2kw with 24 hour timer and turbo fan cooler for £12.49
Was also some oil radiators (I know these are slightly cheaper to run, but take a while to warm up etc in comparison to the others) they were around £12 too (cant remember exactley)
Also had some of the small mini sized fan heaters for £4.99 (my Mum has one of these and they work really well, throw out loads of heat!)
Also bought some (plant) Hollyhock bulb sets and 'Fire Poker' bulbs reduced from £2.99 to £1.99 a pack.
Also grabbed one of the £29.99 printers ( Lexmark Portable photo printer P 315) and a replacement ink cartridge and 70 photo sheets pack for £9.99.
Only went in to have a browse! lmao :j
Hope its of some use to someone!
