is my debt definately statute barred?

I sent them another letter telling them i have written of complaint to the OFD and trading standards (which i hadn't), i've now received a letter from Marlin admitting the debt is statute barred and my account closed! ha ha,
only took about 5 letters and a couple of months so cant complain.
does any one know wat will happen with this account now... will it still show on my file as closed or will it disappear?
