  • LATL just had another thought, when you find work I bet you will have to find professional/union fees as well which will need to go on the SOA.

    Phil he doesn't need Buildings insurance as they rent.

    Sorry ETA as well you will need breakdown cover as well when you have a car.

  • Yup, union fees the lot!:D

    The electrcity is so high because its an "all electric" flat but its Economy 7 which is incredibly expensive and theres nothing we can do about it at all.

    We both take buses everywhere and it isnt as cheap as you would think.
    £26 for a monthly pass, each if required.

    List your union membership fees as well.....if your going self employed liability insurance as well

    maybe a slight increase in your clothing allowance because of the job you'll be doing?
