I know, if I'd known that I would have taken my time and sent a better picture lol! I thought they wanted a clear headshot to see what type of skin/hair we had etc to give us suitable products

well i sent off the photo before reading this...wish i hadn't sent a shiny-faced frizzy-haired photo from holiday!!!
that's if they accept me of course, had trouble cropping photo (far too technical!)
