Hello, I want to make fish for tea and I've got cous cous (trying to eat something different than always rice, pasta or potatoes). What would go well with both of these?

I think a tomato based sauce would go well with both white fish and cous cous. Perhaps fry some chopped garlic, onions and peppers as well to mix into either the cous cous or the sauce and add a glug of white wine if you have some.

Bernaise sauce would go well but it can be tricky to make and does require a bit of cookery skill.Who I am is not important. What I do is.0

Something lemony would be good, like a simple lemon and herb butter sauce. Cous cous does well with light sauces as oppose to heavy onesWeight loss to date - 8st 13lbs :j0
