Got a few things before, but now at last its complete.
Confirmation of no letters between 2000-2008
They report "its probable the NRP is not aware of the CSA chasing arrears"
After chasing the local council they confirm I was not at said address
They never used correct address for MEF
The list goes on..

The 30 day limit to appeal starts when the CSA tells you a decision in writing. If the CSA sent it to a wrong address the countdown hasnt started yet.0

Thats what I waiting for now. They have all my details they asked for.
The LO was served Feb 2009 on the basis of a Penalty Assessment and knowing I did not receive the letters they sent. MEF was never filled in back in 1997, because I never received it.0 -
In that case the penalty asessment should be invalid....and your assessment has yet to start.0
