Terms & Conditions
Open to UK residents only, except employees of Future Publishing, ODEON and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
To apply, follow the ‘How to apply” instructions opposite, which form part of these terms and conditions.
Only one application shall be accepted per household, each application must include a fully completed application form, original token from Total Film’s July edition and a stamped SAE. Only original (not photocopied) and complete application forms and tokens will be accepted. No other proof of purchase (including till receipts) will be valid.
The Promoter has the right to reject any application which is not accompanied by the application form, original token and an SSAE.
The Promoter is not responsible for applications or promotional vouchers lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting an application is not proof of receipt by the Promoter. One cinema entry voucher will be despatched no later than the 1 July 2009.
Each valid applicant shall receive one Voucher, valid at any participating ODEON Cinema in the UK and Ireland on the 6 July 2009. The following cinemas are excluded from the offer: Covent Garden, Kensington, Leicester Square, Leicester Square Mezzanine, Marble Arch, Panton Street, Tottenham Court Road, West End or Whiteleys. Cinema entry vouchers may not be resold or exchanged for any other service and there are no cash alternatives. The Voucher does not give the bearer priority over any other guest.
Use of Promotional vouchers and entry tickets are subject to ODEON’s standard terms and conditions and a claimant complying with their chosen film’s classification. The cinema manager’s decision (including the right to refuse entry to a particular film) is final.
Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and are not valid for Gallery, Premier or any premium priced seating. Excludes 3D, IMAX , ODEON Plus performances or special events.
All communication concerning this promotion should be made in writing only to the promotional address.
