I have had many 'lightbulb' moments but I have now decided to start my very own thread to spur me on. I both need to cut my debts and lose weight.
I am not going to do a SOA and ask for help as I know what I should do, but I also know I don't. The fact I will periodically update this thread I am hoping will inspire me.
So 2nd June and, according to Experian, I am currently £43,500 in debt, not including my mortgage. (I took up their month free trial, and won't forget to cancel). However I did pay to see my score as I was just rejected for a virgin card and I don't think it is too bad 850.
But "% of your total credit being used (excluding mortgages).....94%". I also have 5 missed or late payments in the past year.
Now I am going to cancel experian and will check again in another year when I hope to have a better score as I will owe less, have less cards and also have no missed payments to my name. I also won't be doing any applications for more credit either for a good while.
My other goal is to lose weight. I am currently 16stone 3lbs which is quite a lot as I am not too tall. Again I will be hoping to lose that weight steadily over the next few months.

As part of the 'new me'. I have started today by tidying up all the rubbish papers etc that seem to accumulate everywhere.
Also I have taken all the chocolate I have and will put it in a bag for the kids to eat - I will resist temptation!
As for money. I used to do daily clicks and surveys but got bored. I will start again and build up some spare pennies.0 -
