Good Morning and Happy Mothers Day - mine got me up at 7.30am this morning !! ah bless :rotfl:

Please post here if you get a Sunday paper or have the chance to look through one - tell us if there are any coupons in or not.

Important details are:
Page number
Whether its a regional edition
Expiry date of the voucher
Whether its store specific and has a barcode.
The cost of the newspaper

Remember if you go shopping look in as many newspapers as you can - Post even if you don't see any coupons.

I saw this briefly in the week when scanning through the Telegraph. Today in the Sunday Telegraph will be a packet of free Rocket seeds, each day next week they will be giving away a pack of free seeds worth in total £20.00

thanks for the seeds tip - Ive already managed to get a pack of sunflower seeds free and a pack of sweet peas so this will certainly add to my collection. I love rocket too :j

Sorry this is OT, but if you're after free seeds, I posted this a while ago about seeds that come free with kitchen towels at Sainsbury's.
