Re where to start with a budget - do as Lynzpower says, and take ALL your NORMAL monthly household outgoings (excluding debt repayments/arrears) So, your mortgage, council tax, food, etc etc.

That'll leave you with the amount that you have left to pay your debts/arrears. If the balance isn't enough to meet your minimum payments, you need to contact the lenders, as they can't have what you haven't got, and you need to pay your priority bills first and foremost. (This includes keeping a roof over your head, and food in your childrens bellies!)

Do this for both your personal finances, and your business finances - seperately. I don't know if your business is a ltd company or not (in which case, the business is a seperate legal entity), but even if you're trading as a sole trader, you need to keep the business accounts as seperate as possible. The only cross over should be the cheque/transfer of OH's wages.
Again, if you do not have enough left at the end of the month to meet the payments on your business debts, you need to contact the creditors, and negotiate a repayment plan.

Once you've done that, you can post it all on here again, and people can comment on whether or not they think it is a sensible budget, or if you could shave more off of your personal outgoings, and use the savings towards your debt.
