1. The prize draw is open to UK and residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 16 and over, with the exception of Maybelline employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. Consumers requesting free sample must have internet access to be eligible for the promotion.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Request for free sample is free. Only one request per person is permitted.
5. Entry to this draw is free. Only one entry per person. Entries will only be accepted on the official internet form.
6. Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed, whether due to technical problems or otherwise. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries are the property of the Promoter.
7. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
8. 25,000 samples available. The first 25,000 respondents will receive a Maybelline Dream Satin Liquid foundation 1ml sample.
9. On the 30/07/09 the promotion will cease.
10. Please allow 28 days for delivery. There are no substitute products or cash alternatives.
11. The Promoter s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
13. By requesting a free sample, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions. The winners agree to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional use.
