I've put a few thoughts above but am ot sure why you are asking for help? Do yoyu have any debt or have you just not listed it? If none then your SOA looks fine!

Looks like a pretty good SOA BT.
If you don't have that extra £85 left at the end of the month, i suggest you keep a spending diary so that you can see where the money is going and fine tune things a little more.
Might be able to get a slightly better deal for electricity if you look at the comparison sites.
Are the telephone and internet combined in a package?
Groceries you can possibly save a little on - have a look at the old style board for meal plan ideas and bulk cooking.
£200 towards the holiday and £100 towards an emergency fund every month? That builds up to quite alot over the year. You have £100 allocated towards car maintenance each month. Do you have to use alot of the emergency money for the car or other things? Have you managed to save any of this up?
I notice you don't have any unsecured debts - no creditcards or loans. Was the secured debt a consolidation of your other debts? Usually not advised, but you got a good APR on that loan - well done. After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
