2. Prize is a Lamborghini for one winner on a weekend hire plan, including double mileage allowance and £100 for fuel.
3. Conditions of hire include, but are not limited to, the following: Drivers must: be aged between 25 and 70 years; hold a current valid British full driving license and must have held it for at least 24 months; The winner must pay a refundable £300 security deposit to cover accidental damage, topping up of fuel, and any other charges as may become due and are referred to in the rental agreement; The car may be used only within mainland UK.
4. Further conditions apply, the winner will be informed in full upon notification of winning and must confirm eligibility when accepting.
5. Closing date is 30/06/2009; all entries must be received by midnight on this date.
6. The Winner will be notified by telephone. The winner is responsible for ensuring that they are able to accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these and any additional terms upon notification. If they are unable to do so the promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize from the remaining eligible entries.
7. Only one entry per person.
8. No purchase necessary and no proof of purchase required.
9. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
10. Entrants must be 18 or over and live in the UK. Employees of Play.com, their families and agencies, and anyone directly connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
