Hi Guys I am catching up but really need an opinion (s)

    Do I

    a) go in tomorrow poorly prepared for observation without books marked and possibly risk my job

    b) semi chuck a sickie (I was sick today but I think that is just stress) and avoid the whole lot.

I could go in and get the kids to work on paper that will look bad but not as bad as non marked books.

They are one of three (out of 12) sets I haven't marked. its just bad luck.

    What do you think?

    xxxx

chuck a sicke, sit out in the sun and catch up on rays and marking :D

I would also start marking now and go in tomorrow - if you are off sick, the observation will be re-arranged and you might feel worried about it all over again :(

I have mine on the 15th. It's a double header - annual observation with 1 person with someone else attending to observe my use of E+D within my course/course paperwork etc.

    Do the marking tonight!!!

Can I just say, from a parents point of view, it annoys the doolally out of me when the teachers set work, moan when it's not in on time and then don't bother to mark it....if there's no marking and feedback the kids don't know what's going on.

Sorry - not a rant at you personally, just a general rant.
