I agree re the printers. I never bought any copies as they were awful & no chance of scanning so lost revenue for the Mail, I'm not sure they'd miss my contribution but well!!!!!.0

the mail coupons all scanned manually today as the barcode
was blurred but the till girl was good enough to put the code
in herself,so good old tesco every little helps as they say0 -
Does anyone know if there is a "FREE" ice-cream voucher in the Mirror again today ?
I've passed all my papers (all de-couponed but not a word of the print actually read !!;)) to my local scout group this morning.
I just wondered since it was supposed to be "National Ice-Cream WEEK" whether the goodies might be on all week.
I thought it was worth asking as ds is sitting exams today, so a free ice-cream would be very appreciated on way home from school.
Thanks:p
p.s agree re The Mail coupon printing. Last few days have been terrible.
Also agree re day heading on thread. I have written and posted this message twice, and deleted it, as I thought I had posted it on the wrong thread. Thought I was cracking up !!0 -
At morrisons they dont scan coupons, just deduct the value from your total bill, so whether the barcodes scan is irrelevant there
Im guessing this is the same in all morrisons, not just the one where i shop.
HTH!I enjoy money-saving and am slowly entering the world of online earnings - aiming to pay for Christmas 2015 from extra income earned in 2015.

:rotfl:I think I speak for the majority of the couponers - we don't shop at Morrisons we are the regular/faithfull Tesco cult/followers/customers. Morris is no good to us, except their occassional branded bogof products. :ARIP my dear dear parent : Mum aged 62 (17/5/1990) & Dad aged 89 (23/1/2012)0 -

Although I expect most people shop at Tescos there are some of us who shop elsewhere & use coupons - Personally I use Waitrose because other than Sainsburys there is no other supermarket closer than 10 miles.
We all need to be able to use the coupons regardless of where we shop so clear barcodes are best for us all but like MK my Waitrose will usually input the value if it won't scan.0 -
