Not accepting an apology is fairly rude also.
I have said what I think you have staed your case lets leave it their, as i said i ain't looking for an argument.
If that was an apology, then I do indeed accept it. I was under the impression it was reserved by the word ''if''.
I don't want an argument either, but neither will I accept unfair accuasations.
I absolutley agree with you, people must do what is right for them as individual circumstances will vary tremendously: as will their prospects. I have also, always, held that for some people not buying would not be right (kune kune leaps to mind as an example of someone who was most certainly astute to buy not continue to rent). I personally don't think a child would be the tipping point for me in this situation: children are easier to rent with than animals!
Interestingly, I'm looking on th MSE search and its amazing some of the threads from way back. Nuts, on both sides, some of them. Also amazing how many people who were right about somethings were so way of the mark on others. I'm struck glancing through by what has not come to pass as much as what has.
ETA: the more I read I think I've joined the IMF line on overvaluation with concurrent press on new builds in my head0 -
I think Really2 is suffering from New Build Syndrome. It's a common complaint where someone pays too much for a flimsy structure and then bitterly lives to regret it, all the time lashing out at those who would dare to question the sense in doing so. :j0

Well I don't think there was anything rude written it is perception,
I perceived you were rude. I never actually wrote anything rude i presumed you were having a dig. If you were not I am wrong so I said "sorry if i was rude" as my thoughts were based on what I perceived you were saying.
Perception is the key here, when new builds and 30% came from no where that is when I perceived you were having a dig, you say you were not, i have to accept that so i think visa versa rules should apply here.
like i said I am not looking for an argument.0 -

I rest my case.
Bitter...............................
Not me.:rotfl:
Why do some have to do it? have I said STR's were wrong? no.
I have mearly said mt decision looks fairly good. what have you done pizzagirl? did you stick your deposit on 50-70% falls as you are convinced that is where they will go?
Or do you just want 50-70% and don't risk a penny?0 -

This is why everyone should be taught etiquettelol there is little room for perspective, and we were both rude.
. If we were both not rude we would have applied the test of manners, which neither of us did.

Is that a bit like croquet? (sorry midlands humor)0 -

With croquet you can be substantially more agrressive and take pleasure in your tactical prowess: its actually a game well suited to the small minded. When playing the game of ettiquette the defeated never knows they haven't won. Its can be sour little game in truth, unless played high goal or purehearted. Frankly, I tend to not bother much, but its better than croquet. Frustratingly I'm actually quite good at croquet, which doesn't say much good about me at all.:D0
